ich habe Ulrike als kleines Mädchen von 8 Jahren kennengelernt, als ich in den Ferien bei meiner Tante Frieda in Coesfeld war. In der ganzen Kinderschar war sie ein liebes freundliches Kind, das mir beim Kochen geholfen hat. Es ist so traurig, dass sie nicht nach einem langen Arbeitsleben die schönen Jahre mit Ihrem Mann genießen kann.
Liebe Ulrike, auch meine Schwestern Sieglinde (Würzburg) und Edith (USA) wünschen Dir gute Reise!

Sorry to hear of Ulrike’s passing. She was brave and courageous. I remember several years ago (prob 20 years) when you both came to stay for quite a few weeks and we sat in the garden, it has been a long time since we met but these are fond memories. May you spread your wings in heaven Ulrike 😇

Oh Mick I am so sorry to hear this terrible news, just want to put my arms round you and give you a hug. I know how you must be feeling, my whole world failed when I lost Uncle Paul. I want to know that I am thinking of you, and sending my love to you and Ulrike's family too. I remember when you came to stay with me, it was so lovely to see you both so happy. Remember the good times Mick, and know that Ulrike is not now in any pain, she isn't suffering any more bless her.

Fly high with the angels now Ulrike, free from pain at last, you have earned it sweetheart. One classy, sassy, stylish lady we will miss you. It is always too soon, and always unfinished, but we will all meet again and be a family again. I am going to remember the good times, your wedding day here, what a beautiful bride you were, visiting Warwick Castle when you took a whole roll of film on the flippin' peacocks and no pics of any of us lot....., going to Chester shopping and having lunch, eating rack of lamb with Chris at the Sweeney Hotel - you sat back to front so no-one would see you pick it up in your fingers - just the stupid normal things we did but we won't ever forget them or you. Happy memories, you were and are so special, you made my brother Mick so happy and sadly you will leave a gaping hole in life, but your soul and presence will be here with us still. sehr bestürzt habe ich von Uli’s Tod erfahren,
das ist sehr schlimm und macht mich sehr traurig.
Ich bin in dieser schweren Zeit und diesen schweren Stunden in Gedanken bei Dir und der Familie und wünsche Dir und allen jetzt sehr viel Kraft und fühle mit Euch in der Trauer.

leider haben wir seit unserem letzten Kontakt im April nichts mehr voneinander gehört. Nun weiß ich warum.
Ich hoffe du bist nun an einem besseren Ort. Lass es dir dort gutgehen.
Zu deinem Abschied kann ich leider nicht kommen, da ich im Moment im Urlaub in Thailand bin.
